“Shirakawago is a Beautiful and interesting village in the mountains. Unfortunately, we were stuck in immigration and had to miss the first village of Takayama. Our driver did wait for us which was very accommodating. Malik was a very pleasant driver. We did arrive back at port about 2 hours ahead of schedule and it would have been nice if he was able to take us to one more stop. Nevertheless, we had a very nice day”
